Privacy Policy

We got you.

We’re a tiny baby company over here at Tell Tell Poetry, but we take your customer data seriously, and we keep all data safe by securing sensitive information and following GDPR guidelines.

We only collect info that Google Analytics needs so we can make this site better. We recently enabled Google’s Advertising Features so we can better track your demographic info, interest reports, age and gender information, and how you interact with the site. This means that first-party cookies are set up. If you want to opt-out of cookies, check out your opt-out options from Google.

Tell Tell may collect the following information about you:

–       Your name, age, gender

–       Your communication and marketing preferences

–       Your interests, preferences, feedback responses

–       Your location

–       Your correspondence with Tell Tell

–       Publicly available personal data

This list is not exhaustive and, in specific instances, we may need to collect additional data for the purposes set out in this Policy. Some of the above personal data is collected directly, for example when you set up an on-line account on our websites or send an email to our customer services team. Other personal data is collected indirectly, for example your browsing or activity. We may also collect personal data from third parties who have your consent to pass your details to us, or from publicly available sources.

Any emails that we collect for newsletters are only used for the newsletter list you subscribed to. We will not and do not share your data with any third parties because we probably hate them as much as you do.

We use cookies to improve your experience on our site. Cookies enable you to enjoy certain features, social sharing functionality (for Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and to tailor messages and display ads to your interests (on our site and others).  They also help us to understand how our site is being used.  By continuing to use our site, you consent to the use of cookies.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to Kallie at hello@telltellpoetry.com.
